O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Join an international customer service team supporting primarily the German-speaking market, while collaborating with colleagues in Benelux and Sweden. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will guide them through the entire order-to-delivery cycle.

You will be working in Oracle and ensuring a smooth customer experience—from order processing to tracking delivery and payment, to resolving inquiries with professionalism and care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process incoming customer orders

  • Monitor production and delivery status

  • Track payments and ensure timely communication

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests

  • Maintain accurate records in Oracle system

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

- English and German (both written and spoken)

- Proactive team player with excellent communication skills

- Customer-oriented mindset in everything you do

- Strong administrative and analytical skills

- Several years of experience in customer support or sales

- Background in business administration is a plus

- Experience living or working in Germany; familiarity with German customer culture is a strong advantage
