O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls and mail.
- Direct customer inquiries to the appropriate resource.
- Ensure security procedure and policy by entering office premises.
- Assign and modify access rights/create access cards in an electronic access control system in accordance with our Security Policy.
- Provide general information regarding restaurants, directions, taxi service, etc.
- Process workspace and conference space requests.
- Perform administrative duties.
- Order regular office supplies when needed.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Active university student (2nd or 4th year).
- Some customer service experience preferred.
- Native Slovak (C2) and advanced English (B2+) language skills.
- User knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to come the office in Bratislava.
