Majster údržby (Group Leader Maintenance)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Maintenance Group Leader at SWEP is responsible for leadership of maintenance team - Service technicians, who are covering 24/7 maintenance of production equipment.

Maintenance Group Leader works morning shifts (Monday to Friday) with flexible working time (40H/week) and reports to Maintenance Manager.

You will:

• Lead maintenance team in order to support production in major emergency breakdowns, plan their shifts/work reflecting production demands
• Organize and control training & development of subordinates, provide coaching/leadership
• Provide continuous feedback to Maintenance Manager and other involved parties
• Maintain an effective level of preventive maintenance (TPM) on all manufacturing equipment, plan, execute and follow up TPM events
• Participate in TPM development (KPIs, audits, improvements)
• Secure active participation of Maintenance Group members at daily production meetings
• Participate in management of assigned budget including plan for next year (together with Engineering team)
• Organize periodical/annual maintenance
• Evaluate results of the OEE, Act in order to avoid machines and equipment downtime
• Propose improvements and investments
• Keep good level of communication with Maintenance Technicians, Process Engineers, Quality Engineers and other departments
• Be involved in Service Technicians recruitment and onboarding process
