O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Managing Mechanical Maintenance, Mechatronics, Tooling department., Facility and Spare parts teams.
- Guarantees the availability of maintenance resources and to ensure the availability and efficiency of the Machines, Technical Plants and Production and Plant Equipment.
- In cooperation with Plant Manager, Purchasing department and other managers, participates in the definition of the purchases of technologies, equipment and spare parts with an activity of economic surveillance, operational supervision, technical supervision
- Ensures the correct management of the activities in the HSE area, intervening operationally in the management of corrective actions with the appropriate staff
- Ensures the training of the Technology, Maintenance, Facility Staff, with internal and external training plans
- Participated in projects aimed at the continuous improvement of production processes, logistics flows, plant / machine capacity, Cost management and reduction, workload optimization and production line balancing.
- Reporting to Plant Manager
Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Degree in technical area, strong technical skills
- Minimum of 5 -10 years of technical/maintenance/operations management experience either in automotive or a manufacturing environment
- SAP Knowledge and proficient computer skills
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
- Ability to work with and through teams to achieve results
- Strong analysis and decision making ability
- A valid driver’s license
