Job scope:
- Implementation and development of programs for consumer acquisition and retention (including loyalty program), with continuous improvement based on evaluation.
- Management of consumer journeys and segmentation of consumers across channels.
- Setting up and improving the "recommended actions" strategy for sales channels within the consumer journey.
- Administration of the NPS system and implementation of improvements based on consumer feedback.
- Cooperation with internal teams and external partners

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Skills:
- University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing / CX/ Loyalty ideally in FMCG, Telco, - Banking or other direct to consumer segment.
- Experience with project management and indirect team leadership.
- Analytical thinking, digital skills, knowledge of A-B testing, experience with interpreting CX metrics.
- Strong business orientation: ability to connect customer experience (CX) initiatives with business outcomes – driving retention growth, reducing churn, and increasing customer lifetime value.
- Fluent English
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skill
