Tactical Buyer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Are you an experienced procurement professional looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking a Tactical Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating ad-hoc requests for quotations and executing tactical sourcing according to category-specific procedures, among other responsibilities.

• Manage and coordinate ad-hoc request for quotations of items not covered by agreed terms and conditions and in line with category strategy and operational sourcing procedure (OSP).
• Execute and evaluate tactical sourcing according the category specific Operational Sourcing Procedures, provided by Category Management.
• Maintain sourcing data where expert knowledge is required for Tactical Buying incl. site specific information in collaboration with Content Management & Support Team.
• Handling and coordination of investigations of root cause analysis on invoice non conformity.
• Work with guidance from Category Management, Strategic Sourcing and Tactical Buying community and facilitate sourcing-knowledge.
• Build positive, supportive and effective relationships within the regional and local teams.
• Communication and alignment with internal and external partners by phone or via email.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Degree in business or technical field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Procurement operations, preferably in a Service Center environment, with a thorough knowledge of Procurement end-to-end and business processes.
• Proven knowledge of SAP modules (MM, FI, Ariba Sourcing) and typical other IT-tools.
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress and pressure.
• Acts as a role model by being a strong team-player.
• Ability to adapt to new culture and people.
• Strong focus on details by prioritizing topics based on aligned timeline.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong service orientation: strong commitment to customer orientation and understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively present concepts to cross-functional teams, customers and stakeholders.
• Ability / willingness to travel.
• Excellent command of English and ideally respective market language (German or Spanish or Dutch).
