Senior IT Service Financial Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong financial background and solid understanding of IT services. This role connects customers, delivery teams, and financial management, with a focus on controlling service economics, supporting decision-making, and ensuring smooth communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a key point of contact between the customer and internal IT teams (delivery, operations, finance)
• Oversee and coordinate services from a financial and contractual perspective
• Support service delivery with a focus on cost efficiency, revenue tracking, and service quality
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize service delivery models and cost structures
• Handle contractual and operational topics related to IT services

Financial & Controlling Activities:
• Own the financial overview of assigned IT services (revenues, costs, margins)
• Prepare and maintain forecasts and budgets, including regular updates
• Monitor financial performance and identify risks and optimization opportunities
• Perform variance analysis and propose corrective actions
• Control and track service-related costs (internal resources, external vendors, infrastructure)
• Support pricing activities and financial modeling for existing and new services

Reporting & Documentation:
• Prepare and review Statements of Work (SoW), estimates, and business cases
• Deliver regular financial and operational reports to internal and external stakeholders
• Create ad-hoc analyses and presentations for management and customers
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal financial and process guidelines

Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience in finance/controlling (ideally within IT or service-driven environments)
• Good understanding of IT services (e.g., outsourcing, managed services, SLA/KPIs)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset
• English at the communicative level
