Group Tool Buyer Coordinator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and developing suppliers while conducting procurement market research and expanding the international supplier portfolio.
• You will manage RFQs, analyze supplier quotations, prepare contracts, and support supplier negotiations to achieve the best commercial and operational results.
• You will secure material availability for new product introductions, component relocations, and critical shortage situations through close cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• In your scope, you will monitor supplier performance, drive improvement activities, support cost optimization initiatives, and collaborate with Quality and Purchasing teams on supplier development.
• This role will also include managing purchase orders and delivery schedules, maintaining supplier and material master data, ensuring supplier documentation compliance, and preparing regular reports and analyses.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• You have experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• You communicate confidently in English and enjoy working in an international environment.
• You have strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• You are comfortable working with MS Office, using SAP is your advantage.
• You are a proactive team player with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
