About the Role

This role is designed for someone with strong potential who wants to learn how a technology company is built from the inside. Working directly with our COO, you'll gain exposure to every part of the business—from product to manufacturing to operations and commercial execution.

Rather than owning a predefined area from day one, your first mission will be to develop a deep business context. You'll spend time with different teams, understand how decisions are made, and gradually take ownership of increasingly important initiatives.

We're not looking for someone who already has all the answers—we're looking for someone who learns fast, takes ownership, and has the ambition to grow into broader operational responsibilities over time.

What You'll Be Doing

Build Deep Business Context

• Spend time across manufacturing and operations to understand how the business works end-to-end.
• Shadow the COO and key leaders to gain first-hand exposure to strategic and operational decision-making.
• Build a deep understanding of the company's products, customers, and internal operations.

Drive Execution

• Support the COO in executing strategic priorities across the business.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and help teams stay aligned.
• Own selected projects independently from planning through execution.
• Keep stakeholders aligned by tracking progress, surfacing risks and following through on key actions.

Improve How We Work

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness.
• Surface risks, remove blockers and help teams move faster.
• Continuously look for better ways of working as the company scales.
