Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Do you have experience in recruitment across office, sales and manufacturing roles? Are you passionate about finding the right talent and building strong partnerships with hiring managers? Then you might be the Recruiter we're looking for.

WHAT ARE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Czech and Slovak markets across manufacturing, logistics, sales and office-based roles
- Actively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
- Think beyond job ads by identifying and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract the right talent
- Assess candidates through CV pre-selection, screening calls and interviews, ensuring a great candidate and hiring manager experience
- Partner with hiring managers and provide expert recruitment advice throughout the hiring process
- Contribute to Employer Value Proposition (EVP) initiatives and employer branding activities
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement

EXPECTATIONS FROM THE CANDIDATE

- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
- Experience recruiting both office-based and blue-collar roles
- Strong experience with active sourcing, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to identify the most effective sourcing strategy for different types of roles
- Strong ability to assess candidates and recommend the best fit
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- English B2
