Price Book Specialist is responsible for creation, maintenance of the global PB, ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing information across all products and services.This is a temporary role to cover maternity leave.

Your role:

• Maintain and update the company's global price book with accurate and up-to-date pricing information. Create and update diagrams, block/unblock systems, update new PN master data, and create/change PN pricing in SAP.
• Work closely with franchise/marketing, SCM, and finance teams to ensure price changes and product launches are implemented accurately.
• Provide support to internal and external customers regarding price book queries, discrepancies, and requests for clarification.
• Ensure all price book practices comply with global regulations on pricing and product descriptions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management, and organize and plan price book releases.
• Identify inefficiencies or gaps in the price book management process, and propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows and minimize manual errors.

Your expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in pricing, data analysis or a related role.
• Proven experience in SAP, data analysis tools, or related price book software is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and data gathering skills. Ability to prioritize and manage tasks.
• Prominent level of accuracy required to minimize pricing errors and ensure correct product information, strong analytical skills, and attention to details.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly explain pricing concepts and data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to data privacy, regulatory compliance, and transparency in all price book practices.
• Fluent in English

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1550 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
