O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all aspects of quality assurance and customer support related to our products. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction through effective quality management and support initiatives.

Job description:

  • Manage all potential customer requirements related to the quality of delivered parts and internal processes
  • Provide direct support to customers, including addressing complaints, conducting audits and resolving issues promptly
  • Work closely with the quality manager to implement and maintain quality management systems and processes (0km and warranty complaints, provide respond to the customer in demanded form - example 8D, managing of PDCA, QRQC, indicators, tracking of action plans…)
  • Implement and follow up corrective actions plans (QRQC, PDCA…)
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Organize and follow up of external and internal sorting operations connected with customer reported problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Participate in customer meetings and provide technical expertise on product quality and performance
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality standards, procedures and customer requirements
  • Travel to customer sites as needed to assess product usage, address concerns and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Participation, or conducting of audits and participation on FMEA / control plan meeting, update of quality documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management and customer support

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

  • Previous experience in automotive industry, quality engineering or customer support roles preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation skills, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies
  • German language is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel as required
