Financial Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and self-motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance department within the Seller Support Center. The Financial Analyst will partner with the Merchant Services Finance team to deliver financial and operational insights that help our Seller Support Contact Centers operate more efficiently and predictably—while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

- Support internal customer groups and controllers across all finance and accounting matters, including budgeting, forecasting, expense tracking, and cost control.
- Collaborate with functional leaders and finance partners to build scalable financial processes and meaningful business metrics.
- Deliver financial and business analyses to site leaders, including cost-saving recommendations and process improvement insights.
- Assist in strategic operational planning, highlighting business risks and opportunities.
- Write system queries and perform data mining using MS Excel, Cognos/Essbase, SQL, and other analytical tools.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
-Relevant finance experience
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications
-Advanced analytical abilities and strong independent work style, especially in a fast-paced and evolving environment
-Demonstrated experience building and managing financial models for forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving
-Experience with Cognos and SQL (strong plus)
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to work with large volumes of complex data and present insights to senior leadership
