Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Key responsibilities
Business strategy and performance management
•Responsibility for the business plan, turnover, margin, and mix (by segment and channel).
•Translating seasonality into an annual business calendar: preparing offers, promotions, price lists, forecasts, and production/logistics capacities to maximize the season window.
•Setting up processes so that "speed" is a competitive advantage
•Conducting negotiations, framework agreements, listing, and business terms
Managing negotiation windows (typically twice a year) – so that nothing is "wasted" and failure does not mean a year's delay.
•Cooperation with the field on the transfer of agreements from headquarters to stores.
•Development of programs for non-retail packaging and projects
Building partnerships with implementers and specialized customers.
Independent market - Management of regional managers from operations to planning, portfolio management, and business development.
Ownership of price lists, pricing, approval of deviations, and discipline in CRM.
Introduction of regular analytical management: KPIs, seasonal forecasts, evaluation of promotional campaigns.
Additional cross-functional coordination
Close cooperation with logistics and production (availability, OTIF, flexibility), with marketing (trade marketing, promotions, support), and with quality/certification as needed.
Management of the end-to-end large scale customer experience: from quotation to delivery and feedback.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Role requirements
Minimum 5 years in retail (ideally FMCG/hobby/retail/horticulture), including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven experience with key account negotiations and chain headquarters (bonuses, listings, promotional mechanisms, trade conditions).
Experience in managing seasonal business (planning, forecasting, peak logistics).
Strong analytical skills: Excel/Sheets, pricing, evaluating the effectiveness of cooperation and promotional campaigns. Experience with CRM and reporting (discipline in data, processes).
Experienced in decision-making, responsibility for results, ability to handle seasonal pressure.
Negotiation skills, ability to build long-term partnerships. Pro-customer approach.
Ability to travel (Slovakia + occasionally Czech Republic)
Written and spoken English.
Location: BB, ZV, ZH, ZC, NR, LC, RS, DT or relocation.
