Your main focus will be to support smooth cash collection operations and help resolve payment or invoicing issues for business customers.
- Managing customer liabilities and supporting credit collection operations
- Reviewing and monitoring accounts receivable aging reports
- Following up on unpaid, overdue, or disputed invoices
- Communicating directly with customers by email and phone in French and English
- Acting as a link between customers, finance teams, and sales teams
- Investigating payment delays, billing issues, and invoice discrepancies
- Reconciling open receivables to support timely collection
- Helping resolve cash flow, payment, and billing challenges
- Building professional and trust-based relationships with customers and internal teams
- Supporting process improvement initiatives to make finance operations more efficient

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- French language: upper-intermediate level, B2
- English language: upper-intermediate level, B2
- Strong communication skills, especially by email and phone
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Positive and solution-oriented attitude
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to explain information clearly to different audiences
- Confidence when communicating with customers and internal teams
- Interest in finance operations, receivables, collections, or billing
