As an IT Service Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy for managing performance across all IT service lines within our organization. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring performance metrics that align technology with business objectives. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and enhancing the overall efficiency of IT operations.

What will you do?

IT Performance Management:

  • Define, develop, maintain, and report on IT performance metrics and KPIs, ensuring they align with both IT and business goals.

  • Track and report IT performance against key objectives and KPIs, adjusting strategies to meet targets.

  • Analyze performance results and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to improve IT service delivery.

IT Finance Activities:

  • Drive IT project efficiency to reduce costs and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

  • Manage the IT budgeting process and review financial targets related to IT.

  • Develop and manage the IT cost model and IT charging model.

  • Oversee the cost governance of IT projects/products and coordinate IT contract management.

General Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the performance management cycle and update guidelines accordingly.

  • Conduct regular performance assessments against strategic goals and recommend actions for optimization.

  • Support IT decision-making by providing analytical insights, including cost-benefit analyses and strategic planning.

  • Assist with IT audits by providing necessary data and facilitating the audit process.

  • Address performance issues within the IT department and advise on enhancing the performance management framework.

Compliance and Controls Management:

  • Ensure continuous compliance with best practices and governance standards for IT services.

  • Monitor and adjust performance management processes to ensure optimal control and governance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve risk management practices to enhance commercial performance.
