Who we are looking for? 

Our marketing and communication team is looking for a proactive and reliable Marketing Specialist who’s up for a dynamic role - a mix of account management and hands-on marketing.

This role puts you in charge of the communication of international and national research projects run by KInIT, and you’ll work in a space where marketing fuses with science - far from traditional commercial advertising. 

You’ll help find the narratives that connect our research projects, making complex topics understandable without compromising scientific quality.

What would be your job about? 

• Project communication - planning, coordinating, and delivering marketing communication for KInIT’s research domains and projects

• Content creation and management - creating engaging content strategies for social media, website, newsletters, and more

• Cross-team communication - working closely with researchers and the marketing team to spot and develop communication opportunities

• Coordination of visuals - preparing briefs for our graphic designer and reviewing the quality of the final outputs

• Copywriting - creating and refining clear, informative and engaging copy for social media and newsletters, preparing briefs for our copywriter and reviewing the quality of the final outputs

• Data and statistics - collecting and reporting analytics to help evaluate communication performance within research projects

• Creative input - contributing to brainstorming sessions to support communication needs of KInIT and its research, content, and campaigns

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communication, and account management

• Ability to address tasks clearly, with proven experience briefing graphic designers and copywriters, and reviewing visuals with great attention to detail

• Copywriting skills - a feel for writing engaging, easy-to-understand copy

• Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics

• Respect for deadlines without sacrificing quality

• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects

• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work independently

• Strong communication skills in both Slovak and English ( B2/C1 - Advanced)
