We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of that impact in Slovakia -driving growth across enterprise clients in the Public Sector, Utilities, and Industrial segments (manufacturing, automotive, defence). As part of a global organization with teams across Germany, the Czech Republic, Canada, and beyond, you won't be selling alone. What You'll Do
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with target accounts in the Public, Utility, and Industrial sectors in Slovakia
Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level, IT, and business stakeholders
Collaborate closely with delivery and pre-sales teams to shape tailored proposals
Contribute market and industry knowledge to help refine our go-to-market approach

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Demonstrated track record in one or more of the target industries: Public Sector, Utilities, Manufacturing, Automotive, or Defence - either in a sales, project management, or client-facing delivery role
Curiosity about Data & AI is essential - this role is for someone who wants to be part of real transformation, not just sales conversations about it.
You should also have strong knowledge of the Slovak enterprise market and be comfortable opening doors and building relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the IT services landscape, with particular awareness of Data & AI trends
Professional proficiency in Slovak and English
This role is a strong fit for sales professionals with hunting/closing experience in these sectors, or for Project/Delivery Managers looking to move into sales.
Nice to have:Background in IT consulting
Experience working for or with system integrators or IT service providers
Familiarity with public procurement processes in Slovakia
