Project coordinator junior

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating construction projects across the European region. The role also includes managing physical security, security standards, and projects focused on the protection of facilities and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing investment and construction projects from initial design through permitting processes, implementation, and project handover.

• Planning and coordinating the construction of manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other industrial facilities.

• Ensuring compliance with permitting processes, including EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), building permits, and related administrative requirements.

• Selecting, coordinating, and evaluating design offices, construction contractors, and external partners.

• Reviewing project documentation, cost estimates, contracts, and purchase orders.

• Supervising the quality of construction works and managing relationships with contractors.

• Resolving technical issues during construction in cooperation with internal and external partners.

• Monitoring project schedules, costs, and risks, and regularly reporting project status to company management.

• Providing technical support and coordinating activities across multiple departments.

• Developing and implementing regional physical security standards across the European region.

• Managing access control processes, visitor registration systems, ID card administration, and access rights management.

• Taking responsibility for CCTV standards and other security systems.

• Leading projects focused on the development of security infrastructure, risk assessment, and the resolution of security incidents.
