Application Engineers – Junior & Senior Levels

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Contributing to development and application of GaN-based power solutions (40V–1200V) across multiple industries

• Designing, validating and testing power electronic hardware (prototypes, reference designs, customer solutions)

• Analyzing and solving electrical, thermal and reliability challenges

• Supporting customers with technical solutions and design-in activities

• Collaborating with R&D teams and contributing to architecture and product development
  (senior level: leading technical decisions)

• Preparing technical documentation and demo solutions (evaluation boards, datasheets, application notes)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or similar

• Experience in power electronics and/or GaN / wide bandgap technologies

• Ability to run simulations (Spice, PLECS, Simplis...)

• Strong hands-on experience in hardware development, testing and validation

• Solid PCB design and debugging skills

• Experience with applications such as AC/DC, DC/DC converters, motor drives, AI servers or renewable energy systems

• Ability to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional, international environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
