Group Planning and Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Execution of all internal and external reporting incl. US GAAP / IFRS and Group reporting
• Monitoring and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results of the company (interpretation of monthly trial balance, balance sheet, income statement)
• Month-end-closing and consolidation of the financial results of all 8 European branches
• Development and control of financial budget, and investments of the company
• Cost and revenue analysis, investment analysis, financial analysis from economic perspective
• Planning the company operational results (KPIs)
• Forecasting sales efficiency, analysis of all production stages
• Analysis and evaluation of financial risks
• Forecasting sales efficiency, analysis of all production stages
• Responsibility for the insurance programs and policies as well as providing relevant statistical data to insurance brokers to calculate the insurance premium
• Coordination of the annual external audit process

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• University degree in Finance and Economics or equivalent long-term professional experience in a similar job
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably in a matrix corporate environment
• Solid knowledge of general accounting rules, and IFRS
• Ability to understand European statutory accounting standards as well as ability to plan, manage priorities and coordinate activities
• Experience in ERP accounting system is a must as well as knowledge of MS Navision is preferable
• High level of English and Russian language skills– written and oral; German is beneficial
• Strong analytical mindset, ability to plan and set priorities according to business requirements as well as reliable, stress resistant, solution-oriented
