What will you do:

• Partner with clients to provide insights on market conditions and rental opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate multiple projects within the Industrial Agency, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
• Apply your knowledge of industrial real estate and logistics to craft tailored solutions.
• Build strong relationships and expand our client base through thoughtful business development.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and partners, nurturing long-term relationships.
• Drive new leasing opportunities and turn leads into successful outcomes.
• Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
• Represent the company at client events and industry gatherings.
• Contribute to marketing materials, case studies, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Support your teammates and help grow our leasing and land scouting services.
• Business travel within the scope of the role required.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Qualifications:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in (Civil) Engineering, Economics, Real Estate or a related field
•  5+ years of hands-on experience in real estate or related sectors (logistics, transportation, automation, robotics and technology solutions)
• Business winning capability with understanding of commitment to client service
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in English and Slovak language
• Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional tea
  
• Skilled in MS Office and comfortable handling multiple tasks
• Driving license “B”
