Quality Technician

Join us in shaping quality excellence as Quality Technician. You will help translate customer quality requirements into effective processes, controls, and ways of working that support a successful launch and long-term operational performance.
Working closely with operational and support teams, you will support the implementation of DP World’s Quality policies, procedures, and standards across the site.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality inspections, first-off checks, and participate in daily quality review meetings.

• Investigate non-conforming (NOK) parts and support scrap decisions in cooperation with Supplier Quality teams.

• Monitor quality issues across production and raise concerns to Team Leaders and Management when required.

• Perform root cause investigations, including process audits, workstation observations, packaging checks, and kitting trolley inspections.

• Manage and investigate material movements within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

• Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and internal quality procedures at all times.

• Prepare and present investigation findings through clear written reports and verbal updates.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support containment activities, conduct system purge checks, and assist with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement long-term corrective actions.
   

Your Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role within the automotive industry

• Knowledge of quality processes in automotive manufacturing or logistics environments

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• English language skills are an advantage

• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to understand and follow quality procedures, documentation, safety standards, and quickly learn new systems and processes while maintaining flexibility in a dynamic environment.
