Product manager/owner /e-mobility

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

This position acts as the bridge between customers and engineering/integration teams, ensuring that charging solutions are defined, specified, and delivered in line with market requirements, regulatory standards, and strategic growth objectives. This role brings together ownership across depot and mobile chargers, high-power chargers, and energy-storage-coupled solutions, with a strong focus on clear product specifications and alignment with customer needs.

• Collect and structure customer requirements from Charger Point Operators (CPO), OEMs, utilities.
• Translate customer needs into clear Product Requirement Documents.
• Define product specifications across depot/mobile chargers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for mechanical arrangements, manufacturability, and cost-down proposals.
• Participate in design reviews, prototyping, and field validation.
• Support sales with technical expertise during bids, proposals, and customer discussions.
• Align product specifications with strategic partners

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• ​Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Mechatronics, or related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in EV charging, power electronics, fleet electrification, or grid integration. Knowledge of power electronics (DC/DC, inverters, filters), charging protocols , and infrastructure standards
• Familiar with depot load balancing, high-power charging (480 kW–1 MW), and ESS/grid integration.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable engineering specifications.
• Fluent English (German an advantage).
• Customer-facing experience in technical workshops, proposals, and product launches.​
