Finance manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Monitor and consolidate group-wide cash flow and working capital
• Develop and maintain short- and medium-term cash flow forecasts
• Review and audit monthly financial reports prepared by local bookkeepers in the US, Slovakia, China, and Hong Kong
• Ensure consistency and integrity across accounting systems (Odoo ERP)
• Standardize financial reporting processes and implement internal controls
• Oversee intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and documentation
• Coordinate with external accountants and ensure compliance with local tax regulations
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with key financial KPIs
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting efforts
• Assist with FX exposure monitoring and bank relationship management
• Support the CFO/CEO in financial planning and cross-border finance strategy
• Preparing consolidated financial statements for the group

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a multi-entity or international finance role
• Understanding of IFRS and/or US GAAP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of cash flow forecasting, financial controls, and intercompany accounting
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
• Familiarity with multi-currency operations and international tax/reporting practices
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working across time zones
