Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a communicative and reliable colleague to support our sales activities and customer communication in a dynamic automotive environment. This role is suitable for junior candidates looking to start their career, as well as experienced professionals seeking a new challenge.

Job Responsibilities

• daily communication with customers (phone, email)
• sales amount management, refund management
• collaborate on customers development project
• coordination between customers and internal departments
• preparation of documentation for the sales team, KPI monitoring and reporting
• working with internal systems and maintaining data records
• handling ad hoc customer requests

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• previous experience in a similar role is an advantage (customer service / sales support)
• communicative level of English (additional knowledge of Korean language is a plus)
• strong organizational and communication skills
• proactive approach and customer-oriented mindset
  
• experience with SAP system is an advantage
