O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of a modern web application consisting of a React frontend, Java backend services, and PostgreSQL databases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web applications
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities
• Test React frontend functionality and REST-based APIs developed in Java
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, testing with Cypress and Playwright
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing, strong automation skills, and a solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance for web applications
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Cypress, and Playwright
• Understanding of microservice architecture and the SDLC
• Familiarity with API testing and backend validation and PostgreSQL
• Previous professional experience in software testing
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to Have:
• ISTQB Foundation Level Certification
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with performance or non-functional testing
• Experience with AI coding harnesses
