CAD Engineer – SolidWorks (M/F) | 3 positions

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

DESCRIPTION

As part of product industrialization, the CAD Engineer is responsible for the following tasks:

-            Define and design products (cutting of parts based on 2D or 3D data)

-            Develop and update technical production files for products, including:

-            Production process drawings (e.g., nesting, ANG, SPE…)

-            Detailed operation routings (FOD) and Bills of Materials (sequence, materials, references, quantities, target times)

-            Other files/documents required for inspection, identification, and packaging

-            Machine files and identification within operator documentation

-            Drawings intended for customers (assembly, instructions, BOM…)

-            Design tooling (fixtures, templates, specific tools), produce them or coordinate their production (internally or via subcontractors), and validate their functionality

-            Train operators on defined production processes:

-            Project context (customer application, material functions, etc.)

-            Clarification of FOD

-            Packaging principles

-            Contribute to the definition and qualification of manufacturing processes (e.g., validation tests on cutting machines)

-            Participate in contract reviews and project reviews

-            In parallel, the position also contributes to identifying technical and organizational improvements to optimize flows and processes:

-            Improve documentation (drawings, FOD, etc.)

-            Improve industrialization processes (data management, self-inspection, nesting, identification, production documents…)

-            Improve workstation ergonomics

-            Optimize production processes (cutting cycle time, material waste, risk of operator errors, clarity of instructions…)

-            Perform cost calculations to validate proposed changes

-            Collect missing technical data from customers and clarify technical points

EXPECTED RESULTS

- Fully completed and validated technical production files, ready for manufacturing use

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Minimum degree in an industrial field (Engineering or equivalent)

- 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar position

- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

- Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS

- Knowledge of industrialization software (nesting, post-processing)

- French and/or English required

- Team spirit and strong interpersonal skills

- Rigorous, responsive, organized, and available
