Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As a Production Planner, you'll be at the heart of manufacturing operations.

You'll turn customer demand into achievable production plans, making sure materials, capacity, and schedules come together to keep production running smoothly. Working closely with production, procurement, engineering, and quality teams, you'll play a key role in delivering on time and keeping our automotive operation moving.

Your responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Communication with customers to create demand forecasts and incorporate them into production plans.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials and components needed for production.
- Analyze production capacity, constraints, and resource availability to optimize production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Work closely with production supervisors and floor managers to ensure smooth execution of production plans and resolve any issues
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on production status, performance metrics, and any issues impacting production schedules.
