O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Are you someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity, loves owning processes end-to-end, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes? If you're energised by coordination, quality, and operational excellence — this could be the role for you.
About the Role
As an Operations Manager within the GIA Office, you will be at the heart of how Global Internal Audit (GIA) functions as a high-performing, well-coordinated operation. You'll own and drive critical processes — from governance routines to regulatory frameworks and training initiatives — ensuring that GIA operates with consistency, clarity, and impact across the globe. This is a role where your attention to detail and organisational skills will directly shape the effectiveness of the entire audit function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage GIA-wide operational processes, including management reporting, governance routines, professional development and documentation standards — ensuring timely, high-quality delivery at all times
• Drive coordination across audit units, subject matter experts, and leadership teams to ensure consistent application of processes and standards on a global scale
• Support the implementation and maintenance of regulatory monitoring processes and internal audit methodology frameworks, tracking progress and coordinating inputs across key stakeholders
• Organise and facilitate onboarding sessions for new joiners and manage the ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, supporting the rollout and adoption of new processes across GIA
• Prepare and distribute operational reports, dashboards, and internal communications, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
• Contribute to planning and reporting cycles, supporting process execution and ensuring operational consistency across the GIA function
About the Team
The GIA Office sits within the Chief Operating Office GIA and is the operational backbone of Swiss Re's Group Internal Audit function. The team exists to ensure GIA runs effectively, consistently, and in line with the highest regulatory and internal audit standards. From providing strategic support to senior leadership, to owning governance processes and reporting, to driving cross-functional coordination, the GIA Office plays a pivotal role in driving the overall effectiveness and performance of GIA worldwide.

Whether you're managing a reporting cycle or coordinating a cross-functional initiative, you bring energy, rigour, and a collaborative spirit to everything you do.
