General Affairs (GA) Specialist Senior

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve regional General Affairs (GA) policies, standards, procedures, and manuals for MOBIS subsidiaries across Europe.

• Establish regional frameworks and guidelines for employee benefit programs and workplace services.

• Standardize operational procedures related to employee accommodation, transportation, catering services, and workplace facilities.

• Develop standards and operational guidelines for organizing corporate events across Europe.

• Establish protocols and best practices for executive support and VIP visitor management.

• Develop and manage regional physical security policies, operational standards, and governance frameworks across Europe.

• Manage standards for CCTV systems and other security technologies, lead security infrastructure upgrade projects, risk assessments, and incident response programs to strengthen security across all European subsidiaries.

• Monitor operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with Headquarters (HQ) and local entities to enhance organizational efficiency and operational excellence.
