About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead international initiatives at our client from Automotive industry. These roles cover both technical and IT projects, supporting business transformation and innovation across EMEA.

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful outcomes on time, within scope, and within budget. Remote collaboration is possible, but partial on-site presence in Hannover may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects (technical or IT) from initiation to completion.

• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables in cooperation with stakeholders.

• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional, international teams, including external partners.

• Monitor project milestones, risks, and issues; prepare regular reports for executive leadership.

• Support rollout of innovative business tools and technical solutions (e.g. IT PMO transition to Monday.com, battery diagnostic initiative, a.s.o.).

• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with strategic business goals.

• Apply business analysis to improve processes and user adoption.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Requirements

• University degree (IT Management, Business, Engineering or related).

• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile/Scrum Master.

• Proven experience managing complex IT or technical projects/programs.

• Strong technical background and ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (incl. executive-level reporting).

• Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate complex political dynamics.

• Fluent English (C1 level).

• Willingness to travel for business trips to Hannover when required.

Preferred skills:

• Business Analyst experience (especially PMO processes).

• Experience with IT PPM platforms (Daptiv, Monday.com, or similar).

• Familiarity with usability, UX, and user adoption.

• Cultural awareness and experience in international projects.
