Logistics Coordinator / Freight Forwarding Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Full coordination of the logistics area (strategic planning, freight forwarding, warehousing)

• Direct, optimize and coordinate the complete order cycle

• Ensure compliance with international import/export regulations, customs procedures and tariffs

• Maintain close cooperation and communication with shipping companies, customers, suppliers, as well as the purchasing and sales departments

• Monitor quality, quantities, stock levels, delivery times, transportation costs and efficiency

• Organize warehouse operations, route planning, shipment processing and inventory monitoring

• Resolve arising issues and complaints

• Conduct negotiations with transport partners in order to achieve the most favorable conditions and pricing, including contract management

• Request, compare and evaluate transportation quotations

• Organize and monitor domestic and international shipments from start to finish

• Handle transportation documentation and administration

• Communicate with international partners in English

• Identify and implement cost-efficiency improvements

• Daily operational problem-solving related to logistics and transportation processes
