Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to strengthen our team in Trebišov as part of our ongoing growth and development.
This role is at the core of customer interaction and daily operations — ensuring smooth order processing, clear communication, and strong collaboration between customers and internal teams.
This is not just an administrative role — it is an opportunity to:
work closely with production and supply chain teams,
manage real customer situations in a dynamic environment,
play a key role in delivering excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer orders end-to-end in the ERP system (from receipt to delivery).
Provide order confirmations, delivery documentation, and invoicing.
Communicate with customers regarding delivery timelines, changes, and issues.
Handle complaints and deviations in cooperation with internal teams.
Act as a key link between customers and internal departments (production, planning, logistics).
Support sales team (quotes, calculations, preparation for customer meetings).
Check orders for price accuracy, feasibility, and delivery timelines.
Monitor customer activity, order trends, and inventory.
Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems.
Contribute to process improvements and customer service excellence.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Must have:
Experience in customer service or order processing.
Experience in a manufacturing environment (strong advantage / preferred).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations.
Strong communication skills, including handling difficult conversations.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
Experience with ERP systems.
Fluent Slovak and working level of English.
Nice to have:
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (D365 / Business Central).
German / Spanish / Russian language.
Understanding of production processes.
Experience with both small and large customers.
