Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-driven Functional Analyst with experience in the banking sector, ideally in Factoring and/or Trade Finance products.

As a Functional Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic and cross-functional team, working closely with business owners, product managers, and developers to transform business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate is not only analytical but also confident in leading workshops, trainings, and presenting solutions to both business and technical audiences. You will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of ICT Services for Factoring, assessing solution proposals and their impact on system architecture, communication with suppliers and customers from the request to its deployment.

If you have experience as a functional analyst, you have a positive attitude towards project management and you are no stranger to the development and implementation of SW solutions, project perspective, as well as work on international projects, read boldly, this may be a job for you.

What would be your main tasks?

to be responsible for managing the analysis of complex business requirements, design, implementation and determing estimates of workload of factoring and other credit applications,

facilitate and lead workshops, training sessions, and presentations for various stakeholders.

coordinates the interaction of ICT service business owners with other ICT structures in analyzing expressed business needs, in order to define solutions that meet these needs

in cooperation with business owners, ensures definition of the required level of service, availability, capacity and key performance indicators when introducing or modifying business ICT services in cooperation with other participants in the processcoordinate the work of business architects, analysts and functional area specialists,

translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria using tools like Jira

assess the justification and feasibility of requirements, proposals for IT solutions and prepare an impact analysis of change on business or IT,

coordinate and participate in testing efforts (SIT, UAT), ensuring solutions meet requirements

collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables

keep technical, operational and application domain architecture documentation up to date

manage the process of implementing change from its inception to its deployment

manage required application enhancements

manage applications after delivery to production

assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution during the development lifecycle.

develop proposals, opinions and recommendations for strategic decision-making of top management.

experience in managing international projects and working in a multicultural environment,
