Finance Automation Run Lead (RPA & AI Agents)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are searching for an experienced Finance Automation Run Lead (contractor) for our client from the automotive industry.

You will take ownership of day-to-day operations of Finance automations (RPA & AI Agents) built on UiPath—across Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC) processes.

Your mission: ensure stable, efficient, and measurable platform operations. You’ll coordinate incidents, service requests, and vendor activities, maintain dashboards and reports, and continuously drive optimization and improvement.

You will be reporting to the RPA Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day automation schedules, queues, and system capacity.

• Coordinate resolution of incidents, analyze root causes, and propose improvements.

• Define and monitor SLAs (e.g., success rate, AHT, backlog), and publish operational dashboards.

• Support change requests, deployments, and hypercare with clear exit criteria.

• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and CMDB records; manage vendor SLAs and issue tracking.

• Collaborate with finance process owners and SMEs to prioritize and deliver automation use cases.

• Lead UAT cycles, manage test data, and maintain regression test packs.

• Act as daily liaison between finance users, IT operations, leadership, and vendors.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

• Coach users on AI prompt engineering and context creation for finance use cases.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in GBS Finance or Finance IT, covering at least two of: RTR, PTP, OTC.

• Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities in English (B2+/C1).

• High level of technical literacy and interest in automation technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FI/CO (AR/AP), BlackLine, or OneStream.

• Knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath) and familiarity with AI Agents.

• Understanding of access management, role-based controls, and SOX/internal controls.

• Experience in audit preparation or evidence gathering.
