Operations Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are a growing panel building company seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to manage and coordinate daily operations across Production, Purchasing, and Project Management, while also supporting the company’s strategic growth objectives. The role requires strong shop-floor involvement combined with the ability to improve systems, capacity, and performance as the business expands.​

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Operations

• Coordinate daily activities between production, purchasing, and project teams
• Ensure materials and manpower are aligned with production and project schedules
• Track progress and take immediate action on delays or bottlenecks
• Support department heads with daily planning and priority setting

Strategic Goals

• Improve on-time delivery, productivity, and overall operational efficiency
• Support scaling of production capacity to meet growing order volumes
• Help standardize processes, workflows, and coordination between departments
• Reduce rework, delays, and material shortages through better planning and control
• Contribute to long-term operational planning, including manpower and resource needs

Quality, Safety & Performance

• Promote consistent application of quality and safety procedures
• Monitor basic operational KPIs and report performance to management

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Technical education or diploma in Electrical, Industrial, or related field

7+ years’ experience in similar position

Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
