For our client, a stable international company operating in the energy sector, we are looking for a new colleague to join the team as a Credit Risk & Collection Expert. This position offers an exciting opportunity to become part of a newly established team and contribute to the development of best practices in credit risk management and collections. Working in an international environment and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a key role in risk assessment, receivables management and process optimization.

• Manage Credit Risk and Collection activities.

• Assess the financial standing of business partners and evaluate credit risks.

• Set up and monitor credit limits.

• Monitor receivables and support collection processes.

• Handle claims-related topics and contribute to risk mitigation activities.

• Cooperate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as banks, insurance companies and other institutions.

• Prepare reports and ensure compliance with internal controls and company standards.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and standardization.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Previous experience in Credit Risk, Collections, Finance or Risk Management.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess financial risks.

• Experience with reporting and process improvement is an advantage.

• Fluent English.

• Fluent German.
