O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing administrative documents, handling arrivals of American travelers to Europe and proactively assisting with resolving issues for delivering cruise in pursuit of our company’s excellence goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare arrangements for travelers arriving to Europe (hotel reservations, airport transfers, information documents)
- Liaise with vendors, travelers, and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements
- Communicate with travelers and resolve issues (eg. lost luggage, flight delay, traveler lost at the airport, transfer not found, injury, hospitalization)
- Handle other administrative tasks such as invoice correctness, data entry and database management to ensure accuracy of company systems
- After hours and weekend support phone for emergencies on rotation (1week duty every 4 weeks) - emergency support for all guides and travelers after regular working hours

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Experience in Travel & Tourism Business (Incoming Tour Operator) Preferred
- Fluent English written and spoken (Company official language: English, daily communication)
- Highly organized, detail oriented and quick problem – solving skills
- Thriving in change with the ability to react in a fast paced and quickly changing environment while not losing focus on priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office package (especially Excel) and enjoying working with Excel on daily basis
- Emotional maturity to handle difficult and stressful situations
- Strong drive to improve processes and make things run smoother
- Great people skills & customer care orientation
- Ability to travel occasionally and work longer hours if necessary
- Passion for travel and willingness to learn
