Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence? Join our dynamic Marketing team and help drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our global marketing function! We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations Manager who can implement processes, track progress, and support compliance while contributing to our marketing strategy and sales excellence initiatives.

About the Role

As our Senior Operations Manager, you'll be the operational heartbeat of our Branding & Marketing team — ensuring the smooth running and continuous improvement of our global function. This is a broad, senior role where you'll design and implement processes, track performance, manage budgets, coordinate programmes, and support the adoption of new ways of working.

Key responsibilities:

• Process Implementation – Design and implement effective processes for the newly created global Branding & Marketing function to enhance collaboration across teams
• Performance Tracking & Reporting – Regularly monitor, analyse, and present KPIs and initiative progress to senior leadership, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Budget Management – Oversee and ensure adherence to team cost centre budgets, partnering with the cost manager to maintain financial discipline and transparency
• Digital Asset Management – Manage and optimise SharePoint sites, sub-sites, and team channels to ensure content is well-organised, accessible, and up to date
• Programme Coordination – Lead and coordinate select programmes, in partnership with team subject matter experts, ensuring smooth delivery and measurable outcomes
• Change Management – Champion the adoption of new technologies and practices within the function, including the design and delivery of engaging training sessions
• Strategic Leadership Backup – Act as delegate for the Marketing Senior Strategy Manager, stepping in with confidence and providing continuity of leadership when required

You're a highly experienced operations professional who excels at creating order from complexity. You're analytical, organised, and proactive — someone who takes ownership, communicates with confidence at all levels, and consistently delivers high-quality results even under pressure. You adapt quickly to new environments and bring a structured, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do. No marketing experience is needed — your operational expertise is what will make you successful in this role.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Strategy, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations, strategy, project management, or change management within a global or complex organisation
• Solid analytical, planning, and project management capabilities, with a proven track record of implementing operational improvements and driving process efficiency
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders with clarity and impact
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong storytelling and data visualisation abilities to communicate complex information compellingly

These are additional nice to haves:

• Experience working in a global, matrixed organisation
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills with a service-minded, solutions-oriented approach
• Knowledge of budget management processes and financial tracking
• Experience in change management, training design, and delivery
• Familiarity with AI prompting tools (ideally MS Copilot and/or ChatGPT) to enhance productivity and innovation
