Part Number Enablement Specialist - Certified Refurbished

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Receive and manage global part number (PN) creation requests using standardized request templates.
- Validate incoming requests to ensure all required data is complete and accurate.
- Follow up with requestors to resolve data gaps, inconsistencies, or discrepancies.
- Collect and verify additional information from Lenovo IT systems and internal reports.
- Consolidate all required data into the correct format for upload into Lenovo IT systems.
- Create new (including refurbished) part numbers by uploading validated data and maintaining related product attributes.
- Communicate newly created part numbers to requestors and update case statuses accordingly.
- Execute PN creation within defined KPIs (especially lead time), while contributing to process improvement and supporting additional business needs as required.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Experience in similar role such as product enablement, order validation, service or supply chain operations, business administration or similar area
- Excellent admin skills such as reliability, sense for detail, information capturing, sharing and documentation storage management
- Experience will Lenovo IT systems especially Windchill, Lois, ECC, Pricing tools and other systems is a strong advantage
- Verbal and written communication skills in English language
- MS office (Word , PowerPoint, Excel) skills
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within internal and external teams
- Interest in sustainability and circular economy will help to fuel the passion for the role
- Language: English B2 Upper intermediate
