What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and analyze our daily, weekly, and monthly service reports
• Spot inconsistencies or unusual patterns in data and escalate findings
• Prepare summaries and impact assessments
• Contribute to internal process evaluations and improvements
• Maintain clear and structured internal documentation and knowledge bases
• Cooperate with teams across Operations, Product, and beyond

What You Bring:

• A methodical approach with a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience (1+ year) in reporting, data analysis, or a similar field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work independently, yet communicate clearly with others
