As our Smart Manufacturing & Digitalization Specialist, you will help shape the future of manufacturing through data, automation, and smart technologies. By turning production data into actionable insights, you will enable better decisions, improve operational performance, and support continuous improvement across our factory.

You will play a key role in our Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 journey, connecting machines, systems, and people through digital solutions that increase visibility, efficiency, and quality throughout production.

Working with technologies such as Power BI, Power Platform, digital twins, and AI-driven solutions, you will help transform ideas into practical improvements that make a measurable difference for our business, our employees, and our customers.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Transform production data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and analytics that support better operational decisions.

• Develop digital solutions and automation workflows using Power Platform and related technologies to simplify processes and reduce manual work.

• Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives that connect machines, systems, and people to improve productivity and operational visibility.

• Build and optimize digital twins, simulations, and data models that support capacity planning, process improvements, and manufacturing excellence.

• Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver digitalization, analytics, and AI-based projects while sharing knowledge and best practices.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• You have experience leveraging data analytics in manufacturing or industrial environments and enjoy transforming data into actionable business insights.

• You are proficient in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and Power Query, and can create compelling dashboards that drive decision-making.

• You are passionate about automation and digital transformation, with experience developing workflow solutions using Microsoft Power Platform or similar technologies.

• You bring hands-on experience with SQL and manufacturing systems such as MES/MOM, CIMCO, or comparable platforms, and understand how digital solutions support production excellence.

• You have a solid understanding of industrial automation, manufacturing technologies, and PLC-controlled equipment, preferably including Siemens S7 / TIA Portal, and can confidently navigate technical documentation.

• You are curious, innovative, and eager to explore Industry 4.0 technologies such as Digital Twins, AI, machine connectivity, and advanced analytics, while collaborating confidently in an international environment using English.
