What will be your tasks?
Your job won't be just about paperwork – it will be about finding strategic solutions and having a real impact on how we operate internally and externally. Your agenda will cover these key areas:

• Creating & Mastering Agreements: Drafting, preparing, and reviewing a wide variety of legal documents, with a primary focus on high-impact commercial agreements in both Slovak and English, while ensuring compliance with international standards.

• Managing the Legal Ecosystem: Taking full ownership of our internal legal system, including drafting, managing, and registering internal policies and guidelines.

• Navigating Partnerships & External Relations: Acting as a professional bridge between PANTHEON.team and the outside world. You will handle high-level communication with business partners' legal departments on an international scale, coordinate with external law firms, and represent the company before state institutions.

• Empowering HR & Employment Strategy: Providing expert legal support in labor and employment law. You will handle sensitive matters, including representing the company and executive directors in contentious employment terminations, ensuring a top-tier and legally sound workplace environment.

• Public Procurement & Registrations: Actively participating in public procurement processes and managing necessary legal registrations arising from legislation or contractual obligations.

• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Representing the company and protecting its interests in court disputes and legal proceedings.

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Risk Mitigation: Joining forces with other internal teams to co-create legally binding documents that support our business. You will proactively identify potential legal risks and design smart, effective solutions.

• Experience:3 and more years of professional legal experience (experience from the IT sector, an international corporation, or a business-oriented law firm is a massive plus).

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both Slovak and English. You can confidently draft contracts, negotiate terms, and hold your ground with international business partners.

• Independence & Professional Representation: You don't need someone micro-managing you. You know how to manage your time, prioritize tasks, and communicate representatively with both internal employees and external stakeholders.

• Business-oriented Mindset: You can translate complex legal language into human terms that management, developers, and the business teams easily understand.
