The purpose of the role of Reinsurance Operations Analyst is to deliver high-quality Reinsurance Operations client services by working in tandem with AI.  The role ensures overall output quality of the client’s submissions and feeds back extraction inconsistencies by proposing required corrections and enhancements. The role is responsible for ensuring that the desired quality and service levels are always met.

The role forms part of the Reinsurance Operations team within the Bratislava Centre of Excellence. On a day-to-day basis the work allocation and functional reporting line will be into the Reinsurance Operations Manager.

Your Tasks:

• Co-ordinate the Data Ingestion-as-a-Service which provides a scalable solution to ingest unstructured and semi-structured data from our clients’ operations

• Propose sound business-grounded corrections where source information is incomplete or unclear

• Critically assess AI output and communicate clearly where output should be adjusted in partnership with Prompt Engineering technical support

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies to reflect current best practices

• Ensure all operational activities meet or exceed agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Identify and implement opportunities for automation or process enhancements to reduce manual intervention and strengthen the control environment

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed across the Centre of Excellence

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• P&C Reinsurance Underwriting Knowledge – familiarity with core underwriting terminology and Reinsurance structures(i.e. slips, pricing sheets and broker submissions)

• Strong quality review and correction capability: High attention to detail with ability to identify inconsistencies, missing fields, and incorrect extractions from AI tool(s)

• Ability to critically assess AI output and communicate clearly why the output should be adjusted in partnership with Prompt Engineering technical support

• Excellent computer literacy with and a high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills, with experience building and maintaining positive working relationships with stakeholders

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in working professionally with generative AI models: Fundamental understanding of how modern AI models work and where their limitations and risks lie.

• Able to critically assess AI outputs and independently refine prompts by addressing extraction issues, missing logic, and weaknesses in the initial prompt.
