We are looking for a data-driven BI Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between raw data and business insights, building robust reporting solutions that empower our stakeholders to make informed decisions. You’ll have the autonomy to own your projects while collaborating closely with senior developers to refine your technical craft.

Your Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Delivery: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and BI solutions using the Power BI service, ensuring a high standard of data visualization and user experience.

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to translate functional needs into technical specifications and efficient data models.

Data Modeling: Build and optimize Star/Snowflake schemas and manage data transformations using Power Query (M).

System Maintenance: Monitor and improve existing BI reports, ensuring high performance, data accuracy, and security across all reporting layers.

Stakeholder Support: Partner with department leads to define KPIs and provide insights that help track business performance.

QA & Documentation: Perform rigorous unit testing and troubleshooting, while maintaining clear documentation for the analytics platform.

Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

Academic Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

BI Expertise: Strong proficiency in Power BI. Experience in Tableau or Qlik is also valued if you are ready to transition your skills to the Microsoft stack.

Language: Professional English proficiency (B2 minimum).

Your Technical Skillset:

DAX & Power Query: Solid experience writing DAX measures and using M for data transformation.

SQL Skills: Proficient in SQL for data extraction, joining tables, and basic performance tuning.

Data Architecture: Understanding of dimensional modeling (Star Schema) and ETL/ELT processes.

Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex datasets and present findings in a clear, narrative format.

Excel: High proficiency in Excel (Power Pivot).

Nice to Have:

Cloud Awareness: Familiarity with Snowflake or Azure data services.

Automation: Basic knowledge of Power Automate or Python for data processing.

Agile: Experience working in a Scrum or Kanban environment.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in Finance, Fintech, or Accountancy.
