Quality engineer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Cooperates during new launches to meet quality gates (APQP or similar)
Cooperates during supplier and parts approval process with procurement department (new/change)
Preparation and submission of samples as part of the project preparation and validation process.
Managing the validation with cooperation with laboratory
Definition and approval of supplier's specifications
Managing all incoming complaints (individual and cumulative)
Coordinate and follow up RCA and corrective action with supplier (inc. effectiveness check)
Leading of 8D process (formal RCA and corrective actions for all individual claims)
Analyzing and reporting the feedback from field
Perform supplier evaluation
Perform supplier development audits
Cooperation on CIP activities linked to field issues
Leading the customer visits and audits
Collecting and reporting customer evalautions
Responsible for actualization of internal documents within area of responsibility
Creation and presentation of required reports
Cooperates on budged preparation and is directly responsible for effective resources spending
Provide trainings to new and existing team members
