Corporate Travel Manager (MICE)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Travel Manager with strong MICE expertise to deliver high-quality, end-to-end corporate travel services for international clients, including VIP and high-profile accounts. This role requires a detail-driven, service-focused professional who can manage complex travel programs and group movements while maintaining premium service standards.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth travel operations, supplier coordination, and exceptional client experience across corporate and event-driven travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end corporate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
• Coordinate MICE travel requirements — meetings, incentives, conferences, events, and group travel movements
• Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients and stakeholders
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all bookings and requests
• Manage supplier relationships with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and transport providers
• Negotiate rates and service conditions where applicable
• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies, budgets, and service standards
• Handle changes, disruptions, and urgent requests efficiently and professionally
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operational delivery

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Proven experience in corporate travel management and MICE operations
• Strong knowledge of global flight, hotel, and ground transport booking processes
• Experience supporting international and high-end corporate clients
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Commercial awareness and supplier negotiation capability
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
