O pozícii
Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
Join Lenovo as an EMEA 3PL & Network Manager, driving the performance and optimization of our logistics network across the EMEA region. This full-time role is ideal for experienced logistics professionals with a passion for digital transformation, operational excellence, and international collaboration. You’ll work closely with global and regional teams, leveraging digital tools and AI-driven insights to deliver resilient, future-ready supply chain solutions. The position offers a hybrid work model and may require occasional travel within EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead carrier performance management, conducting reviews and publishing scorecards for leadership
- Drive continuous improvement and accountability with carriers, implementing service and process enhancements
- Analyze and optimize the EMEA logistics network using digital tools, automation, and AI analytics
- Collaborate with global supply chain teams to align regional and worldwide digital initiatives
- Ensure data quality and system accuracy, driving automation and reporting improvements
- Lead or support strategic projects focused on network optimization and digital transformation
- Build network resilience and future readiness through AI-driven risk monitoring and digital dashboards
- Promote adoption of innovative logistics solutions to enhance supply chain performance and sustainability
Position Requirements
- Proven experience in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) management within international environments
- Strong analytics skills and expertise in logistics cost control and KPI management
- Advanced proficiency in performance tracking, data-driven decision making, and systems usage
- Solid understanding of global logistics operations and supply chain visibility
- High digital and AI literacy; experience leveraging automation and innovative tools
- Excellent critical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English required, additional languages an advantage
