Process Innovation Coordinator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Hey, we are looking for you! 

• Collect, analyze, and manage logistics and supply chain data across Europe (TV/AV products, warehouses, factories, and sales subsidiaries)
• Develop automated KPI dashboards (e.g. direct shipment ratio, frequent delivery, inventory status) using Power BI, Excel, or other tools
• Provide data-driven insights and proposals to improve logistics efficiency (e.g. direct shipment suggestions, delivery pattern optimization)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, SCM, Logistics, and Sales) to support operational decisions
• Monitor weekly shipment and inventory trends and identify risks or improvement opportunities
• Lead or support automation and innovation projects related to reporting or process visibility

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, SCM analytics, or BI reporting preferred
• Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VBA), and Power BI (or similar dashboard/reporting tools)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of supply chain processes such as shipment, warehouse, and inventory management
• Experience working with large datasets and turning them into actionable insights
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment
• Advanced in English (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of SQL, or SAP (ERP), WMS, TMS is an advantage
